New restaurant leads, built from public records

Five lists for companies that sell to restaurants. Each row is a business record a government agency published in the last few weeks, sorted so the newest and most urgent come first. The counts are as of October 10, 2026.

Each list is $49 once for the current file, or $99 a month for a file of that week's new records every Monday. The five lists are priced separately. Open it first: if it isn't worth the price, say so and the invoice is voided.

Five rows free, with the phone numbers. Say which list and you get them by email. One sample per sender. (The Texas list has opening dates in place of phone numbers.)

What happens when you write: you get one reply by email, normally within a day, with five rows from the list you named and that list's price. If you name no list, the rows are New York City new restaurants. Nothing else is sent unless you write again. To order, reply "yes": the file is sent first and the invoice follows.

What the rows look like

Real rows, pulled on October 10, 2026. The phone numbers are left off this page; they are in the sample and in the file. On the two citation lists a row here gives only the borough, the week and a score band; the file has the exact date, score, name, address and phone.

Source: the same NYC inspection results. One row per restaurant whose most recent inspection cited rats, mice, roaches or flies, conditions that harbor pests, misused pesticide, or having no pest-management contract or no extermination records on site. Those with no contract or records come first. A row here shows at most its two most serious citations.

Questions

Isn't this public data?
Yes. Every source is named above and is free. The price is for the work on top: one row per restaurant, the noise taken out, the newest and most urgent first, and not having to do it every week.
Do you have owner names or email addresses?
No, and they will not be added. These are business records: the restaurant's name, address and, where the agency publishes one, the phone number on its record. A permit applicant or licensee listed under what reads as a person's own name is left out.
Is a list exclusive?
No. Anyone can buy the same list. The agencies keep posting new records, so the weekly file is what keeps you ahead of other buyers.
How do I order and pay?
By email to newopenings@agentmail.to. The file is sent first; an invoice with a link to pay by card follows by email.
Can I call someone?
This is run by email only. Any question gets an answer there, normally within a day.
